By accessing or using Player Props AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Nature of the Service
Player Props AI provides AI-generated sports analysis and player prop predictions for informational and entertainment purposes only. The Service does not constitute financial, investment, or gambling advice. All picks, predictions, confidence scores, and reasoning provided by the Service are analytical outputs and should not be solely relied upon for placing wagers.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Past performance displayed on the Service does not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves inherent risk and unpredictability. Player Props AI makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction. You acknowledge that you may lose money when acting on information provided by the Service.
4. Eligibility & Legal Compliance
You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (typically 18 or 21 years of age) to use the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Player Props AI is not responsible for any illegal use of the Service.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including but not limited to AI-generated analysis, UI design, algorithms, and branding, is the property of Player Props AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Player Props AI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any losses incurred from betting decisions made in reliance on Service content.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
